Pizza SQR

PIZZASQR is launching the first of a new chain of grab and go pizza restaurants at super-regional shopping destination Intu Merry Hill. PIZZASQR will sell artisanal square pizza slices and is on its way to becoming one of the biggest pizza chains in the country with plans to open 100 stores in the next five years, each priding themselves on the quality of their highly appetizing pizza.

PXtech, the experts in tailoring and delivery of EPoS and business intelligence software, has been working closely with PIZZASQR to provide them with an EPoS and CCTV system that meets their needs and expectations.

Davide Cason, operations manager at PIZZASQR said: “Our restaurants will have high footfall and so we aim to keep customer satisfaction high and offer a quick and efficient service which we believe we can achieve with PXtech.

“PXtech is a well-known supplier, and we are positive that we can trust the system to keep up with our high standards of service.

“We pride ourselves in wanting to maintain long term relationships with our suppliers, so we hope that this will be the start of a long relationship between PIZZASQR and PXtech.

“The hardware is suited because we are a grab and go concept which needs to be quick to keep up to customer expectations. It will help us process orders and therefore serve customers quicker.

“We have big plans for PIZZASQR and hope to open 100 outlets in the next five years – with PXtech helping us along the way.”

Richard Dorf, CEO at PXtech said: “It’s incredibly exciting to join PIZZASQR on their journey. They, like PXtech, have ambitious plans for the future of the restaurant industry, and we’ve forged a strong bond to bring these to fruition.

“Reliable technology in this hugely competitive sector is crucial, and so we’re looking forward to helping PIZZASQR reach the high standards they – and we – set for ourselves.

Sarku Japan

Founded in 1987, Sarku Japan is the largest and most successful Japanese
Quick Service Restaurant in America. With over 250 Sarku Japan
restaurants in over 34 states, Puerto Rico and South America, they specialise
in fast and fresh flavours to provide the world with traditional
Japanese cooking.

Sarku Japan approached PXtech with the need to collect sales data from
various sources and then export the data into their back office on a daily
basis.

PXtech managed the project from start to finish, from scoping the requirements
through to assisting in the deployment of the solution. Utilising
our existing agent to collect the POS sales data we created a custom
automatic export process to transfer the data allowing Sarku Japan
to integrate all data across their estate.

Now supporting over 180 stores, the EPOS deployment has been a massive
success for Sarku Japan.
