Are you a creative and driven Marketing Manager with a passion for connecting customers to products that meet their needs? If so, we want to hear from you! PXtech are seeking an experienced B2B Marketer to promote our fast-growing technology solutions to the hospitality and charity sectors (under our charity brand, Wil-U). We’ve been growing quickly over the last two years and want to continue this growth and establish Wil-U as the premier technology brand in the charity sector. We’re on the brink of relaunching into the hospitality market too so you’ll have the chance to work across a variety of exciting projects with lots of autonomy.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing function within the business
  • Work with the Sales and Product teams to develop and execute marketing strategy and campaigns utilising email marketing, social media and events
  • Create engaging relevant content for our target audiences including blog posts, emails, case studies, ads, website and promotional materials
  • Manage our social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Utilise the best marketing channels to drive qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis
  • Be responsible for brand design and tone of voice
  • Own the website/s, keep them updated and optimised
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing activities

The successful candidate will:

  • Be driven, creative and enthusiastic
  • Have experience in a similar B2B role
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a strategic thinker who can focus on the big picture
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and analysing marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of website analytics/CRM tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot etc.)

Other traits/experience that are desired but not essential:

  • Knowledge of marketing to the charity and/or hospitality sectors
  • Knowledge of marketing technology solutions/SaaS
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and engaging them
  • Experience in product/brand launches
  • SEO, PPC and digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience in graphic design and website content management

This could be a full time or part time role (min 3 days a week).
